    Online therapy, also known as teletherapy or e-therapy, is a form of mental health counseling conducted remotely through digital platforms. Instead of meeting a therapist in person, you engage in therapy sessions using video conferencing software, secure messaging, or phone calls.
  • Do you offer in-person sessions?
    No, I offer 100% online sessions.
  • What are your fees?
    $120 for 50 minutes individual session.
  • Do you accept health insurance?
    Yes.     During our first session I will ask you some questions to get a better understanding of what you are looking for from therapy. We will collaborate together on goals to help alleviate your distress and make meaningful changes in your day-to-day life.
